Your message burns in my heart and bones, and I cannot keep silent.

Cords of Falsehood (Dream)
On February 28, 2008, I had a very vivid dream.
I saw an extremely filthy cord attached to two men; I was one of the men. In the dream, I was very
repulsed by this gross cord but not necessarily by the other man. I tried to get away from him, but
he would not let me go, so I took a pair of scissors, cut the cord, and then washed the part that had
been attached to me.
I puzzled about this dream for the next seven months, until on September 16, 2008, as I was in prayer, I
believe that the spirit of God began to give me understanding. Here is the interpretation of the dream.
The other man represented the political system in the US today, I represented the American people,
and the filthy cord represented the corruption that has permeated the political system as it has
become more about power, money, greed, lies, war, and hatred than about righteousness, justice,
mercy, truth, peace, and love. Cutting and washing the cord signified the release or setting free of
the American people from attachment to this corruption and coming into something clean or
uncorrupt. It is significant that I was led to wash the part of the cord that was attached to me. Thus,
the corrupt political system is coming into judgment that will lead to its demise as something good
replaces it. The good is the kingdom of our Lord—actually, it is the best!
Many in the US are looking for the government to solve their problems, leading to fear and bitterness over
how things are turning out or not turning out for them, mostly based on a false perception. Whoever sits
in the White House will fail to bring in the type of change that our country so desperately needs. God's
judgment is to reveal the unrighteousness and, sadly, the corruption of power and greed that have gripped
our political system.
Now, in case you are wondering where the title Cords of Falsehood comes from—it is straight out of
For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings. His own
iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords [ chebel ] of his sins .
He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray. (Proverbs 5:21-
23 KJV [bold italic added])
So, the common man will be humbled and the man of importance abased, the eyes of the proud
also will be abased. But the LORD of hosts will be exalted in judgment, and the holy God will show
Himself holy in righteousness. Then the lambs will graze as in their pasture, and strangers will eat in
the waste places of the wealthy. Woe to those who drag iniquity with the cords [ chebel ] of
falsehood, and sin as if with cart ropes ; who say, "Let Him make speed, let Him hasten His work,
that we may see it; and let the purpose of the Holy One of Israel draw near and come to pass, that
we may know it!" Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who substitute darkness for light
and light for darkness; who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are

wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight! Woe to those who are heroes in drinking wine
and valiant men in mixing strong drink, who justify the wicked for a bribe, and take away the rights
of the ones who are in the right! (Isaiah 5:15-23 NASB [bold italic added])
Consider the phrases the cords of his sins and the cords of falsehood . The Hebrew word for cord is chebel ,
which means "a twisted rope; or a noose (as of cords); figuratively a company as if tied together." The
Hebrew word for falsehood is shav , which means evil (as destructive ), literally ( ruin ) or morally; figuratively
idolatry (as false, subjectively), uselessness (as deceptive, objectively; also, adverbially in vain )." Source:
Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible .
The current political system has become twisted cords of sin and evil and falsehood, that has attached to
the American people. Viewing it as a play on words, it is literally a twisted—as in perverted or vile or
Consider the woes that are included in these verses, especially the woes directed to those who call evil
good and good evil, those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight, or those who
justify the wicked for a bribe and take away the rights of the ones who are in the right. Is this not our day?
Most assuredly it describes it.
All of these woes speak of the system to which we have been yoked. Keep in mind; this is not singling out
a specific person(s) or political party. It speaks of a system of falsehood and sin. Also, just as in John's day
when mystery Babylon (his present Jerusalem) was judged, so in our day do we see something similar—
the kings and merchants of the earth are drunk with the immorality, sensuality, greed, and hunger for
power of a broken, evil world system—properly called a beast system . It is instructive that Isaiah's valiant
men who mix strong drink are the ones who justify the wicked and take away rights. This is our day!
We have been tied to this system and dragged around like a cart. A cart is something revolving, such as a
wheeled vehicle. We have been led around by the cords of falsehood, which is the very heart of politics in
our day.
This is not just about America, but also the world—all are yoked to and ruled by a beast system that stands
against God, and the leaders of nations think and act in accord with a beast nature. Most do not have the
mind of Christ or understand how the kingdom of God operates. They hold a worldview that denies God
His rights as the Creator. Again, this is not meant to impugn the character of any one leader; it is simply
to state a general fact. The kingdom of the world, which is how the world governments, collectively, must
be looked at today, does not operate in the way the kingdom of our Lord will operate in the coming age.
Unfortunately, it is doubtful that many Christians know how the kingdom of God operates either, as they
have been seduced, along with the rest of the world, by this beast nature.
It is time to cry out for deliverance from this evil. It is time to repent for looking to this system and not
unto Jesus. It is time to seek above where our king is! It is time for us to be ready for the King of kings!
A Word about Judgment
The reason judgment is coming upon this system is because the Lord is calling attention to His people that
they have their eyes on the things of this earth and not on above where He is seated. He is beginning a
process of getting our eyes off this world system that is judged and upon His kingdom that is coming. Our
hope is not to be in a political candidate or an elected official, in a 401K, in an investment account, or

anything else. Our hope is in King Jesus—Christ who is our hope or expectation. Whether a person believes
in Jesus or not does not alter the fact that the world's future is in Him alone.
One day this cord will be cut in a way that all will see and know; then something good will come. What we
can be fairly confident of is that God has passed His judgment on the political system of the US, and it's
only a matter of time before God's hammer pounds it to dust.
Putting aside the politics of the day (not helpful to go there), listen carefully to how the two political
parties—representative of the political system—are behaving. There is confusion, bewilderment, anger,
pointing the finger, posturing, self-righteousness, a great amount of falsehood, and the list goes on.
Perhaps, this is a symptom of a beast system coming under judgment. It is agitated.
As a side note, I do not believe this judgment is of the US Constitution and its form of government. In
many respects, part of the problem today is that the political and judicial systems have ignored and
corrupted the original intent of the Constitution. Thus, there is a difference.
Recently, I was given a word that there are more crises, even a greater crisis, to come that will shock the
world. Perhaps this crisis, in part or in whole, will encompass the political system centered in Washington,
DC. What the breaking of this political cord will look like and when it will manifest in an unequivocal way,
one can only speculate at this time. But be assured it will come.
We may yet have some very difficult days ahead, requiring that we endure a bit longer. If we endure, we
will also reign with Him (2 Timothy 2:12). A day is coming when the Lord Himself will raise up His leaders,
leaders of the kingdom of God, who will have the mind of King Jesus, having the laws of God written on
their hearts and in their minds. They will be the new leaders who will lead the nations in the way of
righteousness, justice, truth, peace, mercy, and, most of all, love. These leaders are the conquering body
of Christ, the sons of God, the sons of the resurrection, the firstfruit anointed—and they will reign with
Christ for the ages.
So, let's be crystal clear. First and foremost, God is love! We must not allow anyone to rob us of this truth.
The Father loves us! God loves us, and God loves the whole world. Second , God must shake all things that
can be shaken, and He must judge. This is a truth of scripture. Third , when the Father's appointed time
comes for our present age to end, it will end, and no one will be able to stop Him from closing it out.
Fourth , and most importantly, this is a GOOD THING! To repeat—It is a good thing! Why? Because when
the appointed time comes, the great voices in heaven will confirm the truth that has been in play for
nearly 2,000 years— The kingdoms of the world did become those of our Lord and of His Christ, and he shall
reign to the ages of the ages! (Revelation 11:15). Can you think of anything more glorious than the
kingdom of Christ taking root in this earth, openly and manifestly ruling and reigning over the nations with
Christ's body of conquerors in the lead? Do you realize that, in that day, the inhabitants of the world will
learn righteousness (Isaiah 26:7-10)? The Lord loves righteousness and justice (Psalm 33:4-5), for the
foundation of His throne is righteousness and justice (Psalm 89:14-16).
Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and all it contains; let the field
exult, and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the LORD, for He is
coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples
in His faithfulness. (Psalm 96:11-13 NASB)
Cords of Falsehood
These are tremendous verses. The Lord judges (makes determinations), but notice that His judgment is in
righteousness, and He will do it in His faithfulness. After all, His name is Faithful and True .
What the end of this age will look like only the Lord knows. But be assured of this one thing—a perfect
storm is coming when everything will line up just right for the Lord to strike His final blow to the present
order of things in order to set not only America but all humanity free from bondage.
Be encouraged; there is only one who can bring about real change, and He is the true Christ, the Son of
God, whose name is Jesus . It is time to turn from the beastly order of our day and look off unto the love
of our life, our Lord Jesus. It is time to trust Him, to know Him as our trust. The end of this world is not
coming; the end of the world system, as we know it, is coming, for King Jesus is coming! Hallelujah!
