Your message burns in my heart and bones, and I cannot keep silent. (Jeremiah 20:9)

Love — The Root that Runs Deep (Word)
The last insight was concluded with two truths: Love Wins! and Love has no Fear! These are not just two
truths among many (which they are), but truths that rise above all other truths about God our Father and
His Son, our Lord Jesus, the King. Love overarches and sums up all truths, for God is love is the very essence
of the God who created all things and is presently creating all things new and in love through His Son. A
search of scripture proves that love is not only one of the prime tenets of scripture, but it is truly the heart
of it. A day came when those who were under the law asked Jesus a question.
"Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And he said to him, "You shall love the
Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and
first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two
commandments [about love] depend all the Law and the Prophets ." (Matthew 22:36-40 ESV
Many verses could be added to make the point, but I'll leave it to those who hunger for more of God to
search them out. The fact is that love is not just a truth; it is the ultimate truth, the very reality of all things
and the very essence of who God is, and this essence is fully and completely embodied in the Son of His
love. Jesus' proclamation I am the Truth could just as well as have been proclaimed: I am the Love . You
see, Jesus is the full embodiment of love.
I share these few thoughts as a partial summation of what came to me on April 29, 2020 . Normally, when
I am given a word, I am not told to prophesy; but this one was different, which tells me I must pass it on.
Here it is.
"Prophesy. Thus, says the Lord: 'I am coming. What I am about to do no man can undo. Prayer will
not stop me. The time is up. The time has come for man to no longer question or doubt who is in
command. I AM! The day has come.
'In My love, I judge. No man understands but the one who knows My love.
'Love is like a root that runs deep, so deep that even the mightiest wind will not sway it or topple
it. It remains firm, even in the midst of the greatest of storms.
'Mark My word, My son, the greatest storm is coming. It will move everything not grounded in
My love. Nothing will stand but love.
'O, My son, love has always been the root of all things. Love is the very thread of the entire
creation. Love is the truth—it is the reality. Why? Because I AM LOVE. My Son is the Truth and the
object of all My love. In Him is love embodied, just as He is the embodiment of My kingdom.
'The Word, the Truth, the Love! Awe—stand in reverence, in fear and wonder.'"
Love — The Root that Runs Deep
As the world stands in fear , defined as a very unpleasant or disturbing feeling caused by the presence or
imminence of danger , we, as the Lord's people, are to stand in awe , a much different type of fear, defined
as an emotion, a feeling of respect mixed with dread and wonder, often inspired by something majestic
or powerful . In the natural realm, it could be likened to watching a volcano explode. Even if we are
standing a safe distance from its mighty eruption, away from its wrath, there is dread or fear in watching
such a spectacle, observing its great power, even majesty in the midst of its great destructive force. We
stand in awe of it.
Our God and Father of our Lord Jesus is much like a volcano. When we experience His mighty power, we
stand in awe of Him. We stand, as if frozen in time and space, as we contemplate what we are beholding.
We have a sense of fear and dread, as if we are like ants that could be crushed at any moment; and yet,
this is coupled with a sense of peace and love, as if all is well. How could this be? Well, we are not destined
for His wrath. Why? The answer is discovered in knowing God is love and in being deeply rooted in His
Son, the love of His life. In His love, He crushes all our carnal flesh, for this is what the cross does. It pleased
Him to crush His Son (Isaiah 53:10). At the same time, God raises us up from death into resurrection life,
for this is what the resurrection of His Son does.
As Jesus was about to face the cross, He told His disciples: Correspondingly as the Father loves Me – and
I, Myself, also love you men – remain (abide; dwell; stay) within the midst of My love! (John 15:9 JM-NT).
It's a word for us as well. Jesus Christ [is] the same yesterday and today and into the ages! (Hebrews 13:8
Dear people of God, the greatest storm is coming. It cannot be stopped, so we must align ourselves with
God. On May 20, 2020 , a word came to me: When the heart is rightly lined up with God's ways, then the
kingdom manifests . The heart is about love, and God's ways are always grounded in His love, even in His
way of judgment.
What we are going through today is a foretaste of something much greater that sits right before us. Like
the olive tree that has roots that run deep and strong that not even fire can destroy, so are we to be who
have been grafted into the rich root of the olive tree—that is, King Jesus . Lay hold of this root and you
will not topple or sway in the storm that is approaching. In the midst of the storm, love will stand strong
and, when the fury of the storm has passed, love will be what remains and will be what brings in the new
order called the new creation , which, by the way, expresses the true nature of the kingdom of God . In that
day, like the psalmist, the proclamation will be:
Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. (Psalm
Until that glorious day, Paul has left us, not only a word of encouragement, but his prayer for God's people,
especially in the midst of a great storm. Paul should know considering the storms he faced in his day.
My prayer is this: that he will lay out all the riches of his glory to give you strength and power;
through his spirit, in your inner being; that the king may make his home in your hearts, through
faith; that love may be your root, your firm foundation; and that you may be strong enough (with
all God's holy ones) to grasp the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the king's
love—though actually it's so deep that nobody can really know it! So may God fill you with all his
fullness. (Ephesians 3:16-19 Kingdom NT)
